Current global migratory trends and increasing ethnic-cultural differentiation in our society mean that future-proof welfare work and aid must be proactive in supporting super-diverse target audiences. However, a transition to inclusive and diverse-sensitive work has a major impact on various aspects of an organisation, such as the organisational and human resource policies, clients, and supply.
We offer customised services/support (one-off training, process management, learning network …) concerning these different aspects where we focus on concrete situations, existing practices and interactions between people. Subsequently, together we set out to expand, strengthen and support them with attention to the carrying capacity of people and organisations.
