Three centres of expertise
Through structural cooperation, U!REKA aims to integrate the partners' research into a European university with a specific focus: contributing to a sustainable, humane, inclusive and future-proof transition to climate-neutral and smart cities.
To achieve this, U!REKA will develop three centres of expertise:
- centre of expertise climate-neutral urban communities
- centre of expertise transition to a circular society
- expertise centre innovative governance models & citizen engagement
These centres will be the breeding ground of new research projects and international collaboration. In this way, U!REKA creates a research community where international researchers can easily connect, share knowledge and ideas and initiate new research projects.
