U!REKA intends to work closely together with municipalities - our associated partners - especially units focused on sustainability and climate neutrality. The City of Ghent and the province of East Fanders are two of our associated partners. U!REKA’s inclusive and connected campus provides open courses available to associate partners and citizens.
Representatives of municipalities and associate partners are encouraged to join U!REKA’s ‘knowledge creating communities’ to define and share challenges in the context of climate neutrality, sustainability and smart cities. U!REKA will address through research or educational projects.
