Health and Water Technology is a research centre with expertise in biochemical technology.
Health and Water Technology focuses on:
- good health and well-being for all (SDG3) through the development of biomedical and biotechnical analysis in the field of medical laboratory diagnostics and the development of alternative or complementary treatments for resistant micro-organisms.
- availability of water and sustainable water management for all (SDG6) by focusing on monitoring of water quality and optimisation of wastewater treatment with special attention to reuse and valorisation of wastewater.
