Integral work.

Building bridges between welfare and health requires artisanal cooperation.

Our society faces major challenges in terms of well-being and health due to changing care and support needs. Integral work, in which different healthcare disciplines, each from their own field of expertise, work closely together, is a way to meet these challenges.

Every professional looks at things differently. What are the potential barriers and opportunities to connecting health and welfare professionals?

Interactive workshop

In the interactive workshop participants gain insight into how integral work is shaped in practice. Through an interactive exercise they discover the different steps and challenges of integral work. They learn how to build bridges and set up interventions and get useful tools to optimize working in interdisciplinary teams.

Lecture

In the lecture, the participants will get a plenary presentation of the reflection framework for integral work, as a result of a three-year practice-oriented research. Examples from practice and thought-provoking quotes from professionals in health care and welfare illustrate the various steps and dimensions.
