Many organisations built up experience in how to achieve inclusion and participation in all social domains for the people they support. Still, some people from their target group remain out of sight, because the needs seem complex and the threshold to participation is high. Inclusion and participation are human rights, for everyone.
We support organisations to increase their perception of effectiveness and their repertoire of actions. That way, they discover how much they matter as supervisors and professionals.
For this purpose, we provide frameworks, concepts and tools. We support them to start investigating their own practices and immediately start trying things out and implementing them.
