Our research focuses on sustainable care from a broad 360° perspective, bringing together person-oriented, network-oriented and environment-oriented approaches, with ICT as a key lever. We develop and evaluate methodologies and practical tools in close collaboration with people with care or support needs and their networks, professionals in the field, and policy makers.
